These terms explain how you may use CalebMerridan, including the articles, relationship tools, newsletter materials, digital products, downloads, and account features available through this website. By visiting the site, creating an account, joining the newsletter, purchasing a product, or downloading a resource, you agree to these terms.

Educational use only

CalebMerridan provides relationship education, reflection prompts, and digital resources for personal learning. The content is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis support, or a substitute for working with a qualified professional.

You are responsible for how you use the content in your own life, conversations, and relationships. If you are dealing with abuse, coercion, self-harm, medical concerns, legal questions, or an emergency, seek help from qualified local services or emergency support.

Digital products and downloads

Paid and free digital products are licensed for personal use only unless a product page or written agreement says otherwise.

  • You may download and use purchased materials for your own personal learning.
  • You may not share protected files, private download links, account access, or paid materials with other people.
  • You may not resell, repackage, upload, or distribute CalebMerridan products, templates, worksheets, guides, or subscriber-only materials.
  • Product access may be suspended if abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, account sharing, or unauthorized distribution is detected.

Article PDF downloads and credit plan access

Some articles may offer a paid PDF download or credit plan member PDF access. Article PDFs are convenience copies of website articles for personal reading, printing, and offline reference.

  • A one-time article PDF purchase applies only to the article shown at checkout unless the checkout page clearly says otherwise.
  • Credit plan access may include a monthly article PDF allowance, such as 100 article PDF downloads per month. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over unless the plan page says otherwise.
  • Included download limits, eligible articles, plan benefits, and pricing may change over time. Changes will not remove access to a PDF purchase already completed unless required for abuse, fraud, security, copyright, or legal reasons.
  • Automated downloading, scraping, bulk archiving, account sharing, resale, republication, or redistribution is not allowed.
  • Article PDFs are for personal, non-commercial use. They are not legal, medical, therapy, crisis, or professional advice.

Digital download license terms

When you purchase or download a PDF, guide, workbook, article PDF, template, worksheet, quiz report, or member resource, you receive a limited personal license, not ownership of the underlying content.

You may:

  • save the file for your own personal use;
  • print a personal copy for your own use;
  • quote short excerpts for personal notes, commentary, or review with clear attribution.

You may not:

  • forward, upload, publish, sell, sublicense, rent, lend, or give the file to others;
  • remove copyright notices, access controls, watermarks, or attribution;
  • use the content to create, train, package, or sell a competing product or automated content system;
  • share account access, protected links, member files, or paid materials with another person.

If a download is unavailable because of a technical problem, contact support so access can be reviewed.

Accounts, purchases, and access

Some products or library features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information private and for activity that happens through your account.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. CalebMerridan does not store full payment card details on this website. Product availability, pricing, and access terms may change over time, but purchases already completed will be handled according to the terms shown at the time of purchase unless a clearer benefit is offered.

Subscriptions are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout. If account billing controls are available, you may manage or cancel a subscription from your account or the billing portal. Cancellation affects future billing; access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the plan page or checkout terms say otherwise.

Refunds and support

Digital products are usually delivered immediately, so refunds may be limited once access has been granted, a report has been unlocked, or files have been downloaded. If something is broken, missing, duplicated, or inaccessible, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, products, tools, forms, or account features.

You may not:

  • attempt to break, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website;
  • use the content to harass, manipulate, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person;
  • upload malicious code, spam, automated requests, or misleading information;
  • remove copyright notices, attribution, watermarks, or access controls;
  • use CalebMerridan materials to train, build, or sell competing products without written permission.

Intellectual property

The articles, product copy, downloads, worksheets, frameworks, designs, images, and other materials on CalebMerridan are owned by CalebMerridan or licensed for use on the site. You may read and use them for personal learning, but you do not receive ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Short quotations for commentary, review, or personal notes are allowed when they are clearly attributed and do not replace the original product or article. Broader reuse, commercial use, republication, or redistribution requires written permission.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, email tools, social media profiles, or research sources. CalebMerridan is not responsible for third-party content, policies, outages, pricing, or practices.

Changes to these terms
